Kuru Kuru Pinot Noir 2022, Central Otago

A pristine, bright, fresh and enticing wine with a bouquet and palate filled with fresh red cherries and a landscape of hay and stone, dried herb and much of that classic Central Otago savoury almost meaty quality. A complex, dry wine on the palate with flavours of fresh and spiced cherry, dried raspberry and spice layers from French oak and some wood smoke. Well made, lengthy and drinking well. Best window for drinking is from 2029 through 2036+.
