A perfumed, floral and ripe-fruited bouquet, a wine of concentration too with warm ripe red berry fruits of blackcurrant, plum and dark cherry. There’s a sense of site with an earthy quality then a savoury complexity and calmness. Dry, delicious, fruity, varietal and complex all at once as the wine touches the palate. Layers if fine tannins and acidity frame core fruit flavours that mirror the bouquet, salivating, a wine with hidden tension and lots of poise. Lengthy and complex a wine that will age well. Best drinking from 2029 through 2039..
