Varietal, savoury and complex, ripe and focused with core aromas and flavours of black cherry and Doris plums, savoury dried herbs and thyme. Some smoke and tilled earth then stone, clove then dark rose. Dry, firm, textured, balanced and well made with a core of ripe red berry fruits, soil and a sense of site with its savoury core. Best drinking from 2028 through 2034+.
