Halite Pinot Noir 2025, Martinborough

Such a lovely wine, ripe and pure fruited with a theme of fallen leaves and red cherries, heirloom red plum and old strawberry compote. Dried roses and silty earth then a leesy faint reductive quality. Delicious on the palate with fine tannins, a chalky texture, medium+ acid line and persistent red fruit flavours that mirror the bouquet finishing a rose quality. Well made, dry and ready to drink from late 2027 through 2033+.
