Goldie Estate 'Woodhill' Syrah 2020, Waiheke Island

A dry wine with core aromas and flavours of blackcurrant then dried version of the same, plum and date, some leather. Firm tannins and medium+ acid line, flavours of berries and dried soils, some smokey wood layers, plenty of acidity and olive, dried herb and violet moments. Well made and ready to drink from day of purchase through 2029.
