I am immediately seduced by the natural scents of this wine with a core of site with a clay stone-like suggestion, wild red strawberry and flowers, cherry and barrel spice and gentle wood smoke. A dry wine led by textures from fine tannins and decent acid line, there’s length and mouthfeel throughout the palate then core flavours of light red berry fruits and spice. A fine savoury seam lingers adding length and style. Well made and ready to drink from day f purchase through 2030+.
