Aromas and flavours of yellow flowers and apple, there’s a fine seam of lemon peel and pear. A lees quality frames the bouquet overall. Bright, fresh and youthful. On the palate a just dry wine with moderate bubble and fluffy mousse textures. Fruit flavours reflect the bouquet with a crunchy mouthfeel and decent acid line. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2028.
