Spy Valley Sauvignon Blanc 2024, Marlborough

Pungent, fragrant, varietal and classic Spy Valley SB with scents of lime then tropical fruits, a core of minerality and bell-pepper then peach. Crisp, dry, ripe and taut with a youthful squeeze from acidity and citrus flavours. Flavours of apple and tropical fruits follow. A lovely wine with plenty of energy and fruit power. Well made with best drinking from late 2025 through 2029.
