Dry, texture, concentrated and delicious, a wine of texture and varietal flavours, a fine seam of dried herb and white veg-quality. On second and third taste the flavours expand into a persistent, textured and sophisticated wine. Delicious, new, well made and quite lengthy. Best drinking from 2025 through 2030+.
