A delicate hue of pink and with a fine bubble leads to a bouquet and palate of fresh red cherries and raspberry and a dark strawberry suggestion. Nicely dry on the palate with a core of ripe red fruit flavours that mirror the bouquet, a bold mousse and a backbone of acidity. Medium length, fun and refreshing, ready for summer.
