Two Rivers Tributary Pinot Noir 2024, Marlborough
A bouquet of vitality and youth, there’s no mistaking the variety, fruit core and layers of spices and dried herbs, mineral stony frame and intrigue. A delicious wine on the palate with core flavours of boysenberry and dark cherry skin, new season Doris plums framed by layers of fruit and wood spice. Taut and youthful, a wine of fucus and intent, complexity that builds as the wine opens out in glass with a lengthy, fleshy finish. I suggest some cellar time, ideally until 2028 though best drinking likely from late 2026 through 2032+.

Thank you for the black garlic, can’t wait to use it in a pasta dish or on a fillet of grilled salmon!
