Scott Base Emperor Rosé Méthode Traditionnelle NV, Central Otago

Aromas and flavours of strawberry biscuits, rose and apricot, the leesy and autolysis are mild in flavours yet impactful through the palate overall. Dry with a crisp mousse and moderate bubbles. I keep think strawberry shortcake when tasting this. Balanced, fresh and ready to drink from day of purchase through 2028.
