Tasted over two days this wine is a gem with aromas and flavours of pomaceous fruits and pineapple, the vineyard source reveals a fine line of mineral and salinity with a leesy frame and plenty of acidity for bite and freshness. A satin, almost silky touch with distinctive phenolics and power, little to no oak. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2029.
