Colombo Pinot Noir 2017, Martinborough

Ripe and fruity, varietal and youthful, aromas of dark red berry fruits and baking spices then toasty barrel scents. On the palate - a dry wine with a sweet fruits flavours, flowers and barrel spices that reflect the nose. Chalky textured fruit tannins, slightly coarser barrel tannins, but all works nicely then medium+ acidity work together to contrast the core of fruit. Some velvet textured moments add to a lengthy and tasty finish. Well made and ready to enjoy from today through 2025.
