Perseverance Estate Chardonnay 2019, Alexandra, Central Otago

Classic and attractive aromas of roasted white fleshed stone fruits, sweet lemon and brazil-nut butter oak. Soft and creamy texture contrasted with medium+-ish acidity then sweet oak flavours. Youthful and nicely vibrant, fresh and enticing aromas. Flavours on the palate mirror the nose and begin to unfurl more flavour and texture as the wine opens up in glass. Well made. Ready to enjoy now and through 2023.
