Very attractive bouquet of varietal SB with traditional citrus and white peach aromas then a distinctive complexity from some gentle wood spice and lees suggestions pushing forward floral and wet stone mineral aromas. Crisp, fresh, silky textures on the palate with plenty of youthful acidity and flavours that mirror the nose. Lengthy finish, balanced and really well made. Drink now and through 2022.
