Centralis Single Vineyard Pinot Noir 2025, Lowburn, Central Otago

Dark ruby and purple hues, very bright and youthful appearance leads to a bouquet of fresh red and black cherry, raspberry and boysenberry with seams of dried herbs and rocky, rugged landscapes, quite floral and packed with pinosity. Dry on the palate with a youthful palate squeeze from chalky tannins and a backbone of acidity. Well made, tait and new still with best drinking from 2028 through 2034.
