The Elder Pinot Noir Rosé 2025, Martinborough

Mineral, saline and fruity with scents of crumbled stone and cherry, strawberry and blossoms with a light rose floral quality. A dry wine with a satin mouthfeel, flavours of red apple and rose, cherry and some strawberry husk qualities. Fine fruit tannins with medium acid line. Plenty of length and salivating qualities. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2029.
