Tarras Pinot Gris 2025, Central Otago

A lovely bouquet of fresh pomaceous fruits and forest flowers, lees and earthy scents of hard clay and stone. A decent weight on the palate with a satin-cream touch, flavours of green pear and quince, red apple and baked goods led by leesy flavours. Plenty of cool-climate acidity with a lick of tropical fruit. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2030.
