I wish more wine drinkers would engage with Gewurztraminer - there’s so much to offer and uber friendly with food. This wine is a fine example why with an engaging and pungent bouquet of pomaceous and tropical fruits, flowers and the all important spice-layer. A silky-cream wine touches the palate with an immediately contrasting spice and acid line then flavours that mirror the bouquet. Plush and mouth-filling with a lengthy and persistent finish. From salmon pastas with lashings of parmesan to a roasted chicken pilaf this wine is the best match. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2030.
