Fragrant and varietal with scents of blossoms then white apricot and peach, there’s a leesy earthy and mineral quality the develops as the wine opens out in glass. A mostly dry wine touches the palate with a silky-cream texture that suggests a tickle of residual sweetness contrasted nicely by the acid line and drive. Persistent flavours of white fleshed fruit and flowers leading to a balanced and even finish. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2028+.
