A very distinctive and somewhat powerful bouquet with surges of wood spice and peach, lees and apricot, stone and red apple then a caramel-wood-smoke and vanilla-butter idea. Full-bodied, rich in texture and flavours with a Brazil-nut and smoke wood then fruit statements. Plenty of acidity and raw freshness as well as power and impact. Fine tannins, saline and taut. A wine that is approachable today and will cellar well if desired. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2035+.
