Hunter's Chardonnay 2025, Marlborough

Always a complete wine this expression reflects that moment with aromas and flavours of fresh white fleshed stone fruits, lots of apple and pear, some grapefruit pith and a whisper of elderflower. There’s a stony mineral side to the wine also and a layer of French oak that speaks to the inherent sweet spice and floral lift. A dry wine touches the palate with near full-bodied roundness, contrasting acidity and fruit flavours that reflect the bouquet. Ready to drink from day of purchase through 2030. Well suited to food or on its own.
