Ayrburn 'Homestead' Pinot Noir 2024, Bendigo, Central Otago

Ripe, plush with a warm red fruits bouquet, quite savoury too with a dried herb and rocky landscape idea. Flavours of fresh raspberry and and boysenberry then black currant leaf and wild red flowers. Fleshy textures with a core of red berry fruits, a very good structure with chalky tannin and a backbone of acidity. Plush and fresh with a decent length and complexity. Best drinking from 2028 through 2035+.
