A dry wine touches the palate with a taut mouthfeel, some poise and saline salivating effect. Flavours of raspberry and plums, some boysenberry and rugged wild fruits, a peppercorn texture effect (not flavour) then barrel spices and lees complexities. An excellent wine with winemaker’s stamp, energy and style. Well made with best drinking from day of purchase through 2032.
