Immediately enticing wine with a pure fruited bouquet, layers of clay and mineral then fruit scents of red berries, red apple skin, gentle spice aromas from French oak and a lightweight wood-smoke quality. Delicious on the palate, dry and textured with a fine tannins in abundance, plenty of acidity with a fine crunch, raspberry and cherry with some strawberry highlights. Delicious and fresh with pinosity and exacting clarity of flavours. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2033.
