Carrick 'The Magnetic' Organic Pinot Noir 2023, Bannockburn, Central Otago

Aromas of roses and cherry, red berries and a deep core of minerality, a sense of site and place in the 2023 season. There’s a mix of silty stony soils, red cherry and plum, rose and gentle fruit and wood spices. Dry with some tautness, fine tannins and acidity are easily dissolved on the palate leading to a salivating and refreshing style. Persistent, fresh and dry with a juicy mouthfeel and floral quality. Well made, a lighter weighted style, lengthy and nicely complex. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2033+.
