A complex and savoury bouquet, dried herb and tobacco, red berry fruits and a leesy wood smoke drive. The wine opens out in glass very slowly revealing flavours of preserved roses and raspberry, sour cherry and red apple. Layers of dried herb and mineral are encased with an abundance of fine tannins and acidity. Textured and firm, taut and youthful, lengthy and intriguing.
