Hawkshead Riesling 2025, Central Otago

Aromas of red apple and makrut lime-flower, some blossoms and honeysuckle with a light seam of lees. An off-dry wine touches the palate with flavours of citrus and pomaceous fruits, there’s a a citrus pith and makrut leaf then a wet stone mineral quality. Refreshing and well made with medium length and complexity. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2033+.
