Hawkshead Pinot Gris 2025, Central Otago

A delicious wine, ripe and fruity, varietal with scents and flavours of pears and quince, yellow apple and honeysuckle. Floral too with sweet scented flowers and a light white spice quality. A satin mouthfeel with a core of white fleshed fruits, medium+ acid line and balanced, even finish. Well made with plenty of length and style. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2030.
