Made with Pinot Gris, Gruner Veltliner and Riesling and natural bottle ferment technique delivers a bouquet of oatmeal and baked goods lees with fruit scents of apples and pear, other pomaceous fruits and honeysuckle. A rush of mousse explodes on the palate as the wine touches then immediately this calms flavours of pomaceous fruits and citrus return. Crisp and dry, balanced and well made with persistent flavours and a touch of ginger. Well made with best drinking form 2026 through 2029.
