A very good wine that lends itself to pairing with high protein fare led by the mouthfeel and framing of the red berry fruits through firm tannins and earthy flavours, the acid line is a youthful seam through the palate and primary power. A dry wine with structure and spice, dark berries and olive, saline and taut, a mix of earthy wood smoke synergies and developing qualities. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2035.
