An excellent and enticing bouquet of mineral and ripe pomaceous fruits, citrus and white spice, sea spray and white pebbles. There’s a floral quality as well as well as a fine lees quality. Delicious and dry, ripe and fruity, flavours remind me of sweet lemon and white peach, green pear and a white clay mineral idea. Plenty of acidity with a satin touch and lengthy finish. Well made with best drinking from day of purchase through 2030+.
