Rockburn Pinot Gris 2025, Central Otago

An excellent bouquet and palate, ripe and varietal with core flavours of quince and green pear, apples and a cool-climate white spice seam. Dry on the palate with a decent acid line and leesy mealy qualities framing flavours of pomaceous fruits and a gentle saline touch to the finish. Well made, lengthy and well made. A lovely example to drink on its own or alongside food. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2029.
