Lots of caramel oak, barrel spices and wood smoke framing scents of nectarine and peach, red apple and grapefruit pith. On the palate an full-bodied taut and creamy textured mouthfeel, medium+ acid line and expressive flavours of fruit and wood, a dry stone earth ideas and layers of spices.
