Beetle Juice Pinot Noir 2024, Central Otago

From the dynamic winemaking team at Wooing Tree this Pinot Noir shows a purple and ruby hue with a youthful rim leads to a bouquet and palate of dark cherry and spiced Doris plums, blackcurrant and layers of wood spice and a gentle smoky quality. A dry wine with some firm through fine tannins and medium+ acid line frame the core fruit flavours of dark berries, baking spices and and an earthy clay and stone quality. Fresh and lively with a lovely complexity and length. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2031+.
