Chard Farm 'River Run' Pinot Noir 2024, Cantral Otago

Aromas and flavours of dark cherry and plum, a very youthful and tense wine, poised for ageing with flavours boysenberry and dark plum, layers of dried herb and tilled soil, some mushroom and barrel spice of clove and vanilla. Firm tannins and an abundance of acidity ensure this wine will stay the distance, age well and offers a lengthy finish. Best drinking along chesses or from 2029 through 2040.
