Lélu means our chosen one. A bouquet of purity and concentration, light through dark red berry fruits, a sense of site with a red clay and stony soil suggestion, a judicious use of oak and finesse from lees and low intervention from winemaking. Totally delicious on the palate with a mix of red berry fruits, a fresh meaty quality, super polished tannins, deeply mineral and earthy, then a swing back to purity of fruit flavours. Very lengthy finish, a beautiful wine with a fine cinnamon and clove whisper on the finish. Best drinking from 2028 through 2038+.
