Complex and detailed bouquet, floral and perfumed, roses and red berries, layers of sweet oak messages and an earthy baseline with stone and silty soil ideas. A dry wine with sweetness from wood and firm youthful tannins enhanced by the acid line. A dense and rich palate with a youthful drive and tension from the structure then contrasting and core varietal flavours of plums and dark red berry fruits, clove and sage, dried herb and savoury complexities. Delicious and specific, lengthy and still developing. Best drinking from late 2028 through through 20236+.
