A bouquet with a developing complex frame with aromas of cherry and raspberry laced with barrel and fruit spice qualities. A combination of stone and smoky wood scents add complexity and style. As the wine moves into a secondary scents phase the intrigue and allure grows. On the palate a dry wine with an abundance of fine tannins and medium+ level of acidity, fruit flavours are persistent with plum and raspberry then cherry and non-fruit flavours of autumnal leaves and spice. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2030+.
