A bright ruby red core of colours, very bright and polished leads to a bouquet and palate of raspberry and cherry fruits, pressed roses and layers of wood spice and mild toasty barrel qualities. Complex and enticing overall. A dry wine with firm tannins and medium+ acidity framing flavours of red berries and plum, cherry and wood flavours. Still youthful and developing with a vibrant mouthfeel and medium+ length, complex with a specific style expressed reflecting region and the Rock Ferry voice. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2033.
