Equilibrium Pinot Noir 2023, Te Muna, Martinborough

A nicely crafted example with aromas and flavours of red cherry and plum, some red apple skin and savoury dried spice qualities. A dry wine in a lighter weighted frame with a frame of fine through moderate tannins and medium+ acid line, then flavours of strawberry and cherry then plum and layers of some oak and stony earth qualities. Moderate length with best drinking from day of purchase through 2029.
