Complex, soft and elegant bouquet with scents and layers of fruit and wood spices, an un-fined quality that endorses the softer dried herb and savoury complexity. Then, aromas of strawberry compote and red cherry, clay and stone with then a judicious use of French oak. Dry, savoury and complex, a wine that reflects both site and region with its savoury qualities and definitive red berry fruit flavours, along with some red tea. Fine tannins and acid line frame the fruits, carry flavour and coat the palate completely. A lovely wine with best drinking from day of purchase through 2035.
