Aromas and flavours classic Sauvignon Blanc framed by the delicate smoky and perhaps more so spice-scents of barrel fermentation. Flavours of apple and pear, some tropical fruit nuances and flashy mouthfeel. The barrel-ferment technique layers in a fine complexity and extra length on the finish. Tastes 2,3 and 4 expand on these ideas to ultimately deliver a wine of complexity and length, style and some intrigue. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2030.
