Ripe, fresh, youthful varietal with a pure fruited bouquet of sweet green pear and yellow apple, there's a whisper of lees adding complexity, then scents of clay, sone, simple spice and barrel. On the palate a youthful expression, taut and new with plenty of acidity and bite, then flavours of citrus and pomaceous fruits, some lemon flesh and grapefruit. A whisper of tropical melon as well. New and fresh, balanced and well made with best drinking from mid to late 2026 through 2029+
