Dry, taut, crisp, salivating and young. A wine that deliver flavours of red apple and apricot, raspberry leaf and citrus pith then mineral. A range of flavours dance across the palate surrounded by fine fruit tannins and a definitive seam of lees textures. The acid line ties all these ideas together into a complete wine that needs a little time to settle. Best drinking from late 2026 through to late 2028.
