Bannock Brae 'Goldfields' Pinot Noir 2024, Central Otago

A lovely wine with aromas and flavours of plum and dark cherry, softly spoken barrel spice and smoky wood tones. Tannins are in abundance with plenty of polish and texture, and the acid line carries all the flavours throughout the palate leaving behind a freshness and style. Lengthy, balanced and well made, a wine that will continue to develop its style and complexities with best drinking from late 2026 through 2033+.
