A nice wine with a finer mousse and bubble, flavours of fresh apple and peach with a citru overlay and some very fine lees moments. A dry wine touches the palate with some contrasting residual sweetness moments, plenty of acidity and flavours that repeat as the wine is layered on the palate. Balanced and well made with a satin-cream mouthfeel and even finish. Best from day of purchase.
