Duc de Breux Blanc de Blancs NV, France

A nicely fruity expression greets the nose with aromas of sweet golden apple and oatmeal bread, there’s a white fleshed fruits medley with a ripeness level suggesting some sweetness to come. A crisp and crunchy texture on the palate with a larger bubble to the mousse, very expressive with flavours of citrus then apple then a whisper of oatmeal leesy qualities. Just dry with a little sweetness and plenty of acidity for contrast. Well made, and ready to drink from day of purchase.
