Made from 100% Pinot Noir, hand-picked from the Immigrants Vineyard in Alexandra this wine has an immediately enticing bouquet of autolysis and floral highlights, some white clay mineral suggestions with a rush of cirus and white fleshed fruits including apple and lemon. A dry creamy textured wine with a fine to moderate bubble, plenty of acidity and a light chalky mouthfeel as the palate dissolves the wine. A hint of alinity then back to the citrus and fresh pomaceous fruit qualities. Well made with moderate length and complexity. Best drinking form day of purchase through 2032.
